ASSIST TRAINER

Assist Trainer combines comprehensive storage of all your athlete/client records with an amazingly flexible design tool to help develop their training programmes, which allows you to write everything from a simple day by day training plan to a fully worked out, periodised training programme.

ASSIST DIARY

Assist Diary is software for the athlete or client. It enables you to electronically receive a training programme from your coach or trainer, using Assist Trainer, via an e-mail. The training programme is loaded into Assist Diary from the e-mail whereupon you can be view and print it. You can record diary entries which can then be sent back to your coach/trainer also by e-mail thus enabling effective 2-way communication wherever in the world you are.
